Janina Louise (Loch) is passionate about helping people in the legal profession make decisions that improve their lives.

A former top tier lawyer, Janina personally understands what the demands of a legal career are like. She also has 15 years’ experience specialising in recruiting lawyers as well as legal and compliance professionals for law firms and companies.

She recruits roles up to Partner level for top tier, mid tier and boutique firms and also recruits a variety of in house legal roles such as Legal/ General Counsel, Commercial Manager, Compliance and Company Secretarial roles across a range of industry sectors.

Janina is the only legal recruiter in Australia who has both lived in and recruited lawyers in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth which gives her a unique insight into each city’s legal industry landscape. Now based permanently in Melbourne, Janina continues to recruit across all major cities in Australia.
