How I work
Retained search. This type of engagement is typically for senior level or business critical roles. Engaging me on a retained basis demonstrates our mutual commitment to each other. I will prioritise your recruitment process and perform an extensive search of the market so you know that the best possible candidates are being presented for your role.
Bespoke Solutions. If you don’t need a full search or perhaps only need a component of a recruitment process to be undertaken, then I can design a bespoke recruitment solution to meet your needs flexibly.
For example, this may include

Reviewing all applicants for a position initially advertised directly, then screening, interviewing and providing a report including the backgrounds of the top applicants for you to select from.

Contingent Recruitment. Given the incredibly competitive market for lawyers, particularly for law firms, I also work on a contingent basis.
